Bloom is an interdisciplinary performance on sexual assault awareness and self-empowerment of survivors in the South Asian community through Indian classical music and dance, and spoken word. The word “bloom” inspires a safe place to grow. Premiered at the Video Studio in the Duderstadt on February 22nd, and has also been exhibited in the University of Michigan Museum of Art (UMMA) as part of the Daring Dances fellowship. The story is by an anonymous college student. 
Awarded "Outstanding Innovative Event" and "Outstanding Cultural Awareness Program" by the community at the 2019 A/PIA Heritage Month Awards Gala. 
Bloom is a collaboration between the South Asian Awareness Network and Michigan Sahana.
 Directed show. Analyzed and reformatted script in a sensitive yet direct way, choreographed full performance, lighting designed, lead rehearsals, and recruited and auditioned full team and cast.
